Our virtual design service brings the experience of working with a designer straight to you—wherever you are. This offering is ideal for clients who love being hands-on or prefer to implement their space at their own pace, but still want the guidance of a trained eye to pull everything together.

This service includes:

  • A detailed mood board showcasing the overall aesthetic

  • A to-scale floor plan to ensure the layout flows and functions beautifully

  • Product selections with multiple options for key pieces tailored to your taste and budget

  • A clickable shopping list for easy purchasing

  • A virtual design presentation to walk you through the concept, layout, and selections

After you’ve had a chance to review everything, we’ll make final refinements based on your feedback. Once your pieces start arriving, we offer a 30-minute follow-up session to answer any lingering questions and support a smooth installation.

    Need a custom bookcase, desk, or built-in storage solution? We’ll create a detailed drawing and elevation package tailored to your space, ready for your contractor or cabinet maker to build out.

This package includes a fully customized design concept for a feature wall (or series of walls), including material selections, paint or wallpaper recommendations, trim or paneling details, and a scaled elevation drawing to guide installation. Our Virtual Design service brings a curated, designer-led experience to your doorstep—offering personalized solutions, thoughtful layouts, and cohesive styling, all from the comfort of your home.

  • Every virtual design project begins with a Discovery Call. This is our chance to connect, learn more about your project, and understand what you're hoping to achieve. We’ll discuss your goals, style preferences, budget, and how you plan to use the space. After our call, you’ll receive a detailed guide for submitting your room measurements and photos, along with a detailed questionnaire that we will use to tailor the space to you. 

    Timeline: Approx. Within 1 week of inquiry

  • Once your photos and measurements are submitted, we’ll create a tailored room design that includes a 2D rendering, detailed floor plan, and shoppable product list. The design is crafted to reflect your personal style, while ensuring functionality and flow within your space.

    Timeline: Approx.  2–3 weeks from receiving materials

  • We’ll review your custom design together during a virtual presentation. Based on your feedback, we’ll complete one round of thoughtful revisions to fine-tune layout or product selections.

    You’ll walk away with a polished, professional design—and everything you need to bring it to life confidently on your own.

    Timeline: 1-2 Weeks after presentation

FULL SERVICE

This service is ideal for those seeking end-to-end support through new builds or renovation projects.

Whether you’re remodeling a single room or building from the ground up, we ensure each element is carefully selected and seamlessly executed, resulting in a home that feels personal, elevated, and effortless.

This service includes:

  • Initial concept meeting and design presentation

  • Curated hard finish selections with physical samples

  • Detailed floor plans, lighting plans, elevations, and renderings

  • Preparation of a Construction Specifications Guide

  • Coordination with contractors and site professionals

  • On-site visits throughout the construction and installation phases

  • Every full service project begins with a Discovery Call. This is our chance to connect, learn more about your project, and understand what you're hoping to achieve. We’ll walk through the scope, timeline, and overall goals—while also ensuring we’re the right fit for your needs.

    After our conversation, you’ll receive a tailored contract proposal. Once the agreement is signed, we’ll schedule your initial consultation to dive deeper into the details and begin the design journey.

    Timeline: Upon Inquiry

  • Once your goals and scope are defined, we begin shaping the creative foundation of your project. Through inspiration imagery, curated mood boards, floor plans, and elevations, we present a clear vision for the overall aesthetic and flow of your space.

    Timeline: Approx. 2–4 weeks from project start (depending on scope)

  • With your feedback and approval of the design direction, we move into the details. This is where we source all finishes, fixtures, and materials. You'll receive a comprehensive design presentation and time to review. Based on your input, we revise as needed before compiling a clear, contractor-ready Specifications Guide.

    Timeline: Approx. 4–8 weeks following concept approval

  • We provide your contractor with a Specifications Guide containing everything they need to bring the design to life. Throughout construction, we remain actively involved—communicating with your team, answering questions, and conducting site visits as needed to ensure design intent is maintained. We’re your advocate from start to finish, helping things run smoothly and stay on track.
